Last call for Souvenir book entries...
Jai Mahesh!
You may feel like you are being bombarded by emails, but please be assured that this will be the last email from the Souvenir Book Team! We are so excited to report that we have had a terrific response to our request for submissions. We also want to remind you that the last date for submissions is Sunday, the 15th of August, 2010. We will not be able to accept anything after the due date.
One does not need to be a Maheshwari to submit entries. This is open to all. Please pass this along to your friends and loved ones.
We will be profiling a section in our souvenir that will highlight accomplishments including honors, awards and achievements, and couples celebrating 25th and 50th wedding anniversaries. Please forward any information that pertains to the above.
We look forward to hearing from you. Your involvement in this project is crucial to making the souvenir the best it can be.
Finally, for your reference, here are the categories again (Children, your submission will be an excellent way to enhance your college applications):

1) Kid's Corner – Up to 13 years
2) Teen Section - 13-19 years
3) Recipes (especially for college students)
4) Living in the U.S. (or Canada ) - with an Indian twist.
5) The children are off to college - now what?
6) Finance related
7) Visual Art
8) Going back to India to retire or work – what should you consider?
9) General – Topics that do not fit the above categories will be considered for this section.
We are also publishing the member directory. Please log in to www.mmna.org and update your details. If you do not remember your password, then enter your email id in the username field and click on Forget Password link. You will get your password in the email.
