Sharad Mantri, originally from Gulbarga, Karnataka, India, has been an active member of MMNA since 2004. He served as the Chapter President for Houston in 2014 and played a pivotal role as the Convener of the highly acclaimed IMRC Convention 2022 in Houston. Passionate about MMNA’s mission, Sharad is dedicated to strengthening connections across chapters and regions while fostering youth engagement to further the organization’s goals. Residing in Houston, Texas, with his wife, Triveni Mantri, and son, Dhruv Mantri, Sharad is a software engineer at Baker Hughes LTD and also an entrepreneur, owning OM Industrial Products, which specializes in importing hydraulic fittings from India, China, and other countries. A social and approachable individual, he enjoys meeting people and is well known for his warm hospitality—especially his love for sharing sweets.

I am a realtor by profession. I am born and raised in Mumbai, but my family if from a small village in Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan. My husband is Sandeep Rathi, he is software professional, and he is from Mumbai as well. We have 2 girls one is 23 yrs old and she goes to University of Michigan for her masters/ PHD program and my younger one is an a senior at high school.. We have been attached to MMNA for more than 10 yrs. We moved from California to Massachusetts in 2003. Have lived in the US for last 25 years.

My name is Aditya (Adi) Vikram Daga. Originally from Bikaner (RAJ), brought up in Kolkata (WB). Started working for Philips in India, moved to Netherland, then to US in 2009. We have been settled in Hillsborough. NJ since 2013 with my wife Shruti Bagri (software engineer & dancer) and son Shreyansh Daga do years), Professionally I am Chartered Accountant (India) and MBA. Columbia Business School. NY. Apart from working in finance for the last 18 years. I love meeting people, organizing activities, keeping fit / healthy and engaging in creative pursuits that energize me. Looking forward to making a positive contribution to the MMNA community and most importantly keeping connected to our roots and values! I was born and raised in Khamgaon, Maharashtra, but came to the US when I was 17 yrs old. I currently teach Yoga. I am married to Parag Bajaj, who is from Hyderabad and works at Ford Motor Company. I have two sons. My older son Yash is working for Squalify in Berlin, Germany  and my younger son Anant is pursuing his MBAn (Masters of Business Analytics) at Ross Business school at University of Michigan.  I have been with MMNA since I came to the US. My dad is one of the founding presidents of MMNA. I have been involved with the MMNA Midwest chapter for the last 31 year.

Rahul is a Life Sciences professional and a Fellow in Life and Health Insurance (FLMI, FALU). He is currently Medical Director with Longevity Holdings Inc. He is originally from Jalna, Maharashtra, India and has served MMNA Canada Chapter as a Volunteer (2017), General Secretary (2019) and was Chapter President from 2020-2024. In addition to this, Rahul also serves as a Board of Director to the Canadian Life Insurance Medical Officers Association (CLIMOA) and serves on the Education Committee for Academy of Life Underwriting (ALU), both highly recognized Not-For-Profit organizations serving the Life and Health Insurance Industry since the last 75 years. In his role as President for MMNA Canada Chapter Rahul led the stupendous growth of chapter from 200 to 600+ families and formation of two chapters in Canada. In his role as VP for NEC, he looks forward to bring entrepreneurial opportunities to Maheshwari families and working with cross-border chapters to forge strong bonds while remaining connected to our heritage. I was born in Gwalior – after opportunity to live in several cities (Ahmedabad, Dewas, Alwar), my family is now settled in Indore. I am passionate and actively engage in sports like cricket, pickleball, tennis, and volleyball. Beyond sports, I enjoy Food, exploring outdoors, socializing and building meaningful relationships within my community. Professionally, I am a Chartered Accountant and LLB from India. After moving to United States in 2000, I completed my CPA and MBA. Over the years, my extensive experience in finance, accounting, and leadership roles have helped me contribute effectively both to my professional and community endeavors. I am married to Shruti Lahoti (from Nashik). We currently reside in Morganville, NJ with my kids Ansh (2009) and Ayansh (2015) embracing a vibrant and culturally rich lifestyle including our involvement with Maheshwari Mahasabha of North America (MMNA), through which we have developed lasting connections. For the past two decades, I have been actively engaged in the MMNA community, serving in various capacities, including as President of the Northeast Chapter. This experience has deepened my appreciation for the unity and strength within our community. As I step forward to contribute to the MMNA National Team (2025-2029), I am excited to collaborate with like-minded individuals to create a lasting impact. I am deeply committed to upholding our traditions, fostering engagement within the Maheshwari diaspora, and promoting our rich heritage. My goal is to leverage my professional experience and community involvement to expand MMNA’s reach, enhance participation, and cultivate a dynamic and inclusive platform where our culture and values continue to thrive. I am eager to connect with fellow Maheshwari’s, celebrate our legacy, and work towards a future that honors our roots while creating a supportive and nurturing environment for our next generation.

Swapnil is originally from Amravati ,Maharashtra India. He has Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and works at SAP as senior Architect He lives in Cupertino SF Bay Area and has been an active member for the last 15 years in the local Maheshwari community. Last 6 years Swapnil has been part of the West coast N Chapter committee and has served as secretary , Vice President and President of the chapter. He was also part of the IMRC 2018 core team. Swapnil is married to Jayashree Mandora from Jalgaon and has two daughters Aishwarya & Rajasi. In his spare time he enjoys hiking , traveling ,photography, playing cricket and connecting with the community.

My inning began in Jalgaon Maharashtra (MH), but most of my time on the pitch was spent in boarding school in Panchgani (MH) and college in Pune. Life threw a googly, and I came to the US for my masters from Univ of Maryland College Park. And now I am keeping my batting average steady with doing IT work with DoD in the DC metro area. On the personal front, my batting partner Ritu, an Architect is originally from Aurangabad MH, and two batsmen in training – Ria (15) and Arit (12). As you can probably tell, I am a sports fanatic (both playing and watching). My other big interest is music (put on some Bhangra and I’m your man). I also dabble with the Dhol.

I have had the pleasure of calling California home for over 15 years. Currently residing in Porter Ranch, Los Angeles with my husband Jitendra Dargar, and two wonderful children: Aryaman (16) and Ira (7). Originally, from the Deopura family in Udaipur, Rajasthan, though I am now proudly part of the Dargar family from Bhilwara. I truly cherish spending quality time with my family, especially on vacations, where we explore new destinations and indulge in trying out diverse cuisines. Professionally, I work as a Project Manager in the Retail IT industry, where I thrive as a determined team player, who can face any obstacle with a positive attitude.
